1 The hearing of this trade dispute was concluded on 14th December, 1990. On that date, the Court held that Furness Ice and Cold Storages Limited (“the Company”) had suspended Herman Rebeiro (“the worker”) from his employment with the Company for two weeks in circumstances that were harsh and oppressive and contrary to good industrial -elations practice. Consequent upon this finding, we inferred the Company to pay to the worker the sum of $1,190.00 as damages for his suspension on or before 24th December, 1990.
