1 In this matter, Darwin Alexander, hereinafter referred to in this judgment as ‘the worker’, told the Court that he had been employed by the Jamaica Jerk Restaurant and Heartbreak Cafe, hereinafter called ‘the Restaurant’, under the management of a Mr. Rudy Ramsingh, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Employer’.
